Azad Chaiwala has an institute where students are taught different computing skills. These skills lead the learner to step in the world of freelancing where they can earn and bring currency to Pakistan. On the one hand side, Azad Chaiwala is emphasizing on learning new skills and on the other hand side he is de-motivating to get degrees from the universities. What he really wants to do? Find more about his initiative in this article.
Azad Chaiwala’s Mission:
He is one of those people who want Pakistan to prosper but actually, education systems are not playing any role in it. In the existing education system, there are many flaws which are, no doubt, producing many graduates every year but those graduates are not capable to do any job. Therefore, unemployment is increasing and even when there is any job opportunity, the company does not find the right candidate for that job post.
Furthermore, our education system is preparing graduates who want jobs rather than creating many for others. Interestingly, even the business graduates have the least interest to start their own business after graduation but they prefer to find a job and earn a few thousand every month. So, Azad Chaiwala ’s mission is to make Pakistan a skillful country where everyone can work for their existence and contribute to improving the economic situation of Pakistan.
Pakistani Girls Ko Degree Nahi Karni Chahye:
Azad Chaiwala’s stance is that females should work on building their skills so that they can earn a handsome amount, staying at home. This advice is not just for girls but for everyone because Azad Chaiwala’s finds degrees useless and wastage of money and time. Contradictory, one should learn a skill and fill the market demand. With the same subject, he has made many videos where he emphasized learning new skills to help Pakistan’s GDP to grow.

Analyzing Azad Chaiwala’s Statement:
No doubt, Azad Chaiwala’s point of learning skill is absolutely right but I do not agree with him when he says that degrees are a waste of time and money. Yes! I have reasons to say this.
Firstly, Pakistan’s education system has some issues and those issues need to be resolved. A small segment of Pakistan can afford O level and A level for their children but what about other children of Pakistan? They have a complete right to get the best education and the government should provide it. Here, the government needs to take an initiative to change the education system of Pakistan.
There is no substitute for getting an EDUCATION. The developed states are strong because their education system is stronger and produces creative minds. Here, the exam is based on memorizing the course material instead of disclosing new ideas and exploring new ways to help the livings. Therefore, the education system needs to be updated.
Secondly, having several skills set differentiates a person from another but these skills can be gained during the degree too. For instance, there should be a 6 months course program and 6 months internship program. In the first 6 months, the student can learn the theoretical content but in the next 6 months, they can get the chance to step in practical life. Again, this would be an up-gradation of the education system. Currently, this system is being implemented in many developed states where the students get industrial exposure during their degree programs.
Thirdly, Pakistan needs entrepreneurs and business people but the mindset of people is to find a government job or private job after completing the degree. This trend needs to change and change requires time and effort. So, Azad Chaiwala’s efforts are remarkable to motivate people of Pakistan to start their business. He has uploaded many videos related to different businesses running in Pakistan. One can learn enough from those videos to start their own setup.
