Steps To Wash Your Hands Properly:
Many doctors suggest that you must wash your hands at least 20 to 30 seconds. A large number of people think that washing hands includes only the palm and therefore they don’t bother much about the back of their hands. Getting Started:
Before getting started, make sure you are using the right antibacterial soap to wash your hand. Wet your hands with water and take soap in your hands.

Rubbing:
This is the most important step in the entire process. Now you have to start rubbing your hands.
- First, rub the palms together.
- Then rub the back of both hands as you know the back of your hands have a lot of germs.
- After that interface fingers and rub the hands together.
- Now interlock fingers and rub the back fingers of both hands and don’t forget to rub your thumb in a rotating manner.
- Now rub fingertips of your hand on the palm.
- And, in the end, rub your both wrist in a rotating manner.
