Steps To Wash Your Hands Properly:
Many doctors suggest that you must wash your hands at least 20 to 30 seconds. A large number of people think that washing hands includes only the palm and therefore they don’t bother much about the back of their hands. Before getting started, make sure you are using the right antibacterial soap to wash your hand. Wet your hands with water and take soap in your hands.
This is the most important step in the entire process. Now you have to start rubbing your hands.
- First, rub the palms together.
- Then rub the back of both hands as you know the back of your hands have a lot of germs.
- After that interface fingers and rub the hands together.
- Now interlock fingers and rub the back fingers of both hands and don’t forget to rub your thumb in a rotating manner.
- Now rub fingertips of your hand on the palm.
- And, in the end, rub your both wrist in a rotating manner.
