Time is money so how to spend your quarantine time effectively? If quarantine is driving you crazy you must have to react immediately and you have to do something about it. No doubt it is difficult to spend your time in quarantine but doing something beneficial and learning new things each day will make your quarantine effective.

How To Spend Your Quarantine Time Effectively:

These are the things that you can add up in your daily routine for getting the best out of this quarantine. Without any further intro here is our mushwarah on how to spend your quarantine time effectively.

Stay Clean:

The main reason we are in quarantine is coronavirus. This virus is mainly transmitted from hands to month. Therefore, you have to make sure that you are washing your hands properly. As our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) said: “Cleanliness is Half of Faith.” So, make sure to take bath and offer namaz and don’t forget to use hand sanitizers.

Eat Healthy:

To avoid Cornovirus your immune system should be strong. For boosting your immune system you have to eat healthy. So, eat healthy fruits and vegetables like oranges, lemon, Papaya, Spinach and so on. These fruits and vegetables will make your immune system strong.

Do Exercise:

Because of the lockdown, you are doing any proper walking and exercise.  If you sit idle for more two weeks, your body will start gaining weight which is not good for your health. In order to stay active and healthy, you must have to do exercise. You can do simple exercises like pushups, chin-ups, burpees and crunches to stay active. These are all indoor bodyweight exercises and you don’t need any equipment.

You can also play online games with your friends it’s a great platform for connecting with your friends even after lockdown.
