Nowadays everyone likes to look fit and healthy. Body physique is the first thing that everyone observes. However, we all are too busy in our lives that we don’t focus on our health. We eat oily foods, fast foods, and unhealthy food. It impacts our lives negatively. According to research, the number of obese people is increasing at a fast pace. Well to live a healthy life it is important to reduce weight. Reducing weight requires much patience and hard work. Well, we will be talking about how to reduce weight.

Understand the physique of your body

The first important thing in reducing weight is to know your body physically. You have to calculate the BMI of your body which will tell you that at what level of obesity you are at. There is a little formula for this but you don’t need to struggle. You can check your BMI by simply clicking this website and entering your height and weight. Once you have calculated, write your body weight and the measurements on some paper.

Controlling Diet is one of the most difficult tasks. Food has multiple components among them three are the main which are Carbohydrates, Proteins, and Fats. Some dietitians increase protein whereas, they decrease carbohydrates and fats. On the other hand, some dietitians increase fat consumption while decreasing carbs like in the Keto Diet. Keto Diet is a little different we will talk about it in some other article. Well there are different types of the diet which may includes

  • High Protein Diet
  • Keto Diet
  • Diet with Green Coffee

High Protein Diet

High Protein Diet is usually a diet that contains a high amount of protein in your food. The sources of proteins may be Fish, Meat, Chicken, or Lentils. In this diet, you must limit the intake of carbohydrates. The food that contains carbohydrates are

  • Rice
  • Wheat
  • Cereals
  • Dairy Products
  • Some fruits

Furthermore, during the diet, you should not consume any kind of sweets. Always stay away from sugar. Although you can use Cheese. Moreover, you can also use green leafy vegetables and other vegetables but potatoes are not allowed. Moreover, you should also eat grilled and boiled food rather than fried. Oil is strictly prohibited.

Keto Diet

Recently, there is a lot of research going on the Keto Diet. It is also known as the Ketogenic diet. Keto Diet is a high fat, moderate protein, and low carb diet. The best thing is that in the Keto diet you can eat everything you like, except carbohydrates. Your diet may consist of the following things

  • Fats Butter, Cream, Cheese
  • Proteins from Chicken, Meat
  • Vegetables, salads
  • Nuts
  • Eggs as much as you want

Foods that are totally not allowed in the keto diet are

  • Bread, wheat, and rice
  • Simple sugar, although you can use Stevia 
  • Low-fat Dairy Products 
  • Trans-Fat, Vegetable oils, and Margarine.
  • Starchy food like potatoes 
  • Fruits except for tomato, lime, berries

In keto diet basically, you consume more fat and the body starts to produce a high amount of ketones which will switch your body’s defense mechanism and it will start to consume your body fat to provide energy. Although, I will never recommend you to do a keto diet for a long time.

Diet with Green Coffee

You can also do a diet with green coffee. Research shows that green coffee helps reduce weight. It contains a high amount of caffeine which helps to boost the body to reduce the fat. Unroasted green coffee beans contain chlorogenic acid which is a helpful chemical in reducing weight and treating blood pressure. You can simply search it on the internet and start this diet. However, it is difficult to find green coffee beans in Pakistan.

Physical Workout

One of the most important things in reducing weight is exercise. It will keep you mentally and physically fit. Moreover, doing regular exercise will also enhance your stamina. It will further keep you fresh through-out the day.

Walking

The walk is the best exercise. Even if you are not fat, you should take a walk regularly. For obese people, it is generally recommended to take a walk for at least 1 hour a day. You can start with half an hour of walk. When your stamina is increased you must increase the time up to 1 hour. Moreover, you can also do jogging.

Exercises

You can also start to exercise. Just start minor exercises you can search for them from the internet. Moreover, with the time you can also join a gym. It will help you a lot in reducing your weight

Stick to it

Well, the main thing in any diet is to stick to it. Try your best to attain your goals and must remain well-motivated throughout this time. You might want to eat or drink not allowed food but remember always say a big ‘NO’ to them.
