During these six hours our brain repairs our body cells and dead cell drops off the body. After consecutive six hours of body sleep, the mind shuts down and repairs itself for twenty minutes.
Sleeping early will help to complete this procedure soon and you can get ready for your work early for the next day. With a recharged mind and body.

This might sound old school but all the successful people around the world are early risers. They wake up early in the morning before the sun rises.
