How To Improve Your Eyesight Naturally.

Eyes are blessings from Allah Almighty. A blind person can tell you the importance of eyes. Many poets also write poetry on the eyes of their loved ones. When words are not enough eyes say it all. Because of digital things in our life, now many people are suffering from eyesight weakness. To overcome this, there are certain things that a person can do. Here is our mushwarah on how to improve your eyesight.

How To Improve Your Eyesight:

The common eyesight problem is Short Sightedness. In which a person doesn’t see clearly far objects. To overcome this you have to wear glasses but besides those glasses, you can also do few essential things that did not make your eyesight weaker.

  1. Eat Healthy:

The number one thing that you can do for your eyesight is to eat healthy. Avoid junk food and try to eat organic food. Eat carrot, it has vitamin A which is very important for your vision. You can also eat spinach, strawberries, and citrus fruits for making your eyesight better. Try to eat things that are rich in vitamin C & E, copper, and zinc. Citrus Fruits are very important for this purpose, they provide your body enough vitamins that will be good not only for your entire body but also for eyes.

  1. Do Eyes Exercise:

Exercise is very important. Just like your body muscles, your eyes muscles also need exercise. Roll your eyes, look up, look down and sideways. This exercise will help you with your vision. Do it whenever you wake up or going to sleep or get tired of looking at the screen of your PC or Mobile. Another exercise which is very common is, you have to hold a pen in your hand and have to stare at the tip of the pen, Slowly bring the pen closer to your nose and don’t lose focus. This exercise is helpful for your eyes’ muscles.

  1. Get Enough Sleep:

Sleep is a good remedy for eyesight. Now, look at your daily routine. you are spending most of your time on a computer or on a mobile phone. Therefore, your eyes get tired and the best remedy for this is to sleep. Besides eyes, sleeping also has many other benefits. If you don’t believe. Consult it with any doctor and we bet you will understand.

  1. Avoid Smoking:

Smoking may cause a problem related to your eyes. Researches show that smoking reduces the number of antioxidants that are beneficial for your eyes and it may cause optic nerve damage and macular degeneration. For increasing antioxidants in your body, you can eat healthy stuff like eggs, carrots, pumpkins, spinach, and sweet potatoes.

  1. Wear Eyewear:

while using your laptop, computer, or mobile phone. You must wear your glasses. Besides this, you can also use a good screen protector that limits the effect of screen light on your eyes. Some doctors also suggest that after every 20 minutes you have to see somewhere 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Try these things and avoid making more damage to your eyes. Moreover, you can also wear sunglasses whenever you go out to protect your eyes from the rays of the sun.
