Pakistan is blessed with four seasons. After winter and spring now summer is coming. we hope you already felt the heat of the sun. Last year the highest temperature recorded was considered as the fourth-highest temperature on earth reported by The News. Different people have different favorite seasons. some people love summer as they can enjoy many things. Let’s dive into the details of those things to do in summer.

1. Morning Walk:

In summer morning is the best time to do a walk. You will feel the cool breezes that are essential for your health. Take a moment and breathe in the fresh air and experience the peace in your surroundings because soon after morning, a heatwave starts spreading all over the country.

2. Stay Hydrated:

The other important thing you must do is to stay hydrated. Drink as much water as you can. Because of sweat, your body loses a lot of water. You can also drink your favorite milkshake which will not only hydrate the body but also boost your energy.

3. Avoid Sunburn:

Exposing to sunlight may cause you sunburn.  Don’t go unnecessary out on a bike and if you have to don’t forget to wear full sleeves shirt and a cap to avoid sunburn. And if you are planning to travel with your friends or family. Always use sunblock cream.

4. Join Internship Program:

Many Companies specially multinational companies like Nestle, Jazz, Unilever, P&G provides the opportunity for many students to use summertime and learn new things in a diverse environment. Join summer internship programs offered by these or any other company.

5. Plan a Trip:

Plan a trip to escape from the hot area. The northern area of Pakistan is the best place to spend your time this summer. Visit different places like Skardu, Gilgit, Hunza and Kashmir to experience the true beauty and different cultures of Pakistan.

6. Do Mango Party:

Many people wait for the summer to eat their favorite fruit which is Mango. Pakistani mangoes are rich in flavor and have a pleasant aroma. Visit any park or beach and Do mango party with your colleagues or family members. And don’t forget to bring back all the waste.

7. Play Indoor Games

Playing outdoor games in summer is not highly recommended. You can play indoor games with your siblings and family members. If you are a person who loves going out then go out in the evening. You can play different board games like chess and carom to make your mind fresh.
